DELIVERY, PLACEMENT, PICKUP, AND RETURN POLICY

1. Delivery and Placement

If delivery of the trailer and/or materials is provided by Watts The Load LLC (“Company”), the trailer shall be placed and/or materials unloaded strictly in accordance with the instructions provided by the Customer or the property owner’s authorized representative. Customer represents and warrants that the delivery location is accessible, level, and suitable for the weight of the trailer, materials, and delivery vehicle.

Customer assumes full responsibility for the condition of the delivery location. Company shall not be liable for damage to driveways, pavement, lawns, landscaping, curbing, sidewalks, underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation systems, or other property resulting from placement or unloading performed at the Customer’s direction.

2. Unloading of Materials

When Company delivers materials, unloading shall be performed at the location designated by Customer at the time of delivery. Once materials are unloaded and/or the trailer is detached, any repositioning, relocation, or movement of the trailer becomes the sole responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Additional relocation requests may result in additional charges.

3. Customer Pickup and Inspection

Customers who elect to pick up the trailer assume full responsibility for inspecting the trailer prior to departure. Any existing damage, defects, or concerns must be reported to Company before leaving the pickup location. Failure to report such issues constitutes acknowledgment that the trailer was received in good working condition.

By taking possession of the trailer, Customer accepts the trailer “as-is” and assumes all responsibility for its care, use, and condition during the rental period.

4. Return Condition and Timing

Customer shall return the trailer on or before the agreed return time, in the same condition as received, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and reasonably clean. Customer is responsible for ensuring the trailer is free of debris, prohibited materials, and excessive dirt or residue upon return.

Late returns, unclean returns, or returns with damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges, including but not limited to late fees, cleaning fees, repair costs, and lost rental revenue.

5. Responsibility During Rental Period

Customer assumes full responsibility for the trailer during the rental period, including compliance with load limits, safe operation, lawful use, and secure transport. Overloading, misuse, unauthorized relocation, or use of the trailer in a negligent or unsafe manner is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and additional charges.

6. Fees and Enforcement

Company reserves the right to assess and charge reasonable fees for late returns, excessive cleaning, repairs, unauthorized use, or any condition requiring restoration of the trailer to rentable condition. All such fees shall be due immediately and may be charged to the payment method on file.

7. Acceptance

Use, possession, or operation of the trailer constitutes Customer’s acknowledgment and acceptance of all delivery, placement, pickup, and return terms set forth herein.
