Watts The Load LLC strives to provide reliable and professional service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued.

Deposits and Reservations
Deposits, reservation fees, and prepayments are non-refundable once a delivery or pickup date has been scheduled. These payments secure availability and compensate for reserved equipment and time.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least [24 / 48] hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time to be eligible for consideration of a refund, less any applicable administrative or processing fees. Cancellations made within the cancellation window or after dispatch has occurred are not eligible for a refund.

Early Returns
Early return of a trailer or unused rental time does not qualify for a partial refund. Rental rates are based on reserved time and equipment availability, not actual usage.

Service Interruptions
Refunds may be considered only if Watts The Load LLC is unable to deliver the trailer or provide the agreed service due to circumstances solely within our control. No refunds will be issued for delays or interruptions caused by customer-provided instructions, site conditions, weather, access restrictions, or factors beyond our control.

Damage, Misuse, or Policy Violations
No refunds will be issued if service is refused, delayed, or terminated due to customer misuse, overloading, prohibited materials, unsafe conditions, failure to comply with rental policies, or violation of applicable laws or agreements.

Additional Charges
Refunds will not be issued for charges related to late returns, excessive cleaning, damage, disposal fees, or additional services requested by the customer. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are due immediately.

Refund Processing
Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Acceptance
Payment for services constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Refund Policy.
